The Bowen Group has an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a full-time position in Dahlgren, VA.     What you'll be doing at The Bowen Group

    • Create attractive and creative graphics, animations, videos, communication and marketing products using a variety of tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint
    • Collaborate effectively with internal team as well as external clients on projects
    • Contribute to the creative process, offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
    • Ensure visual consistency across a wide range of interactive projects
    • Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
    • Other duties as assigned

    What's a good fit

      • Active SECRET Clearance or interim SECRET Clearance required
      • An Associate’s degree or higher in fine arts, communications, graphic design or animation or five (5) years developing visual information and graphic art products.
      • Experience and developing visual information and graphic art products with demonstrated knowledge and capable of running graphic production equipment
      • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
      • MicroSoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
      • Adeptness with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects)
      • Proven track record of excellent customer service, cross functional relationships, and consultative practices
      • A background of working as part of a design team
      • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
      • Strong interpersonal communication skills
      • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
