The Bowen Group has an outstanding opportunity for a Non-Medical Case Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position in Stafford, VA and Camp Pendleton, CA.     What you'll be doing at The Bowen Group

    • The Non-Medical Case Manager (NMCM) is the first-line leadership at the call center providing support to wounded warriors during various shifts for Call Center operations.
    • NMCMs provide support and assistance to Wounded, Ill, and Injured (WII) Marines and their families on resolving specific financial, administrative, personal, transitional, and any other issues that may arise during care, recovery, or community reintegration
    • Provide outreach calls in situations where extended support is necessary and the issues or concerns of the Marine and their family cannot be adequately resolved during the course of the initial phone call. NMCMs maintain cases until all issues have been resolved
    • Report key information, as required, and provide leadership/guidance to all Call Center Representatives
    • Conduct frequent needs assessments to ensure the delivery of benefits are in line with eligibility
    • Identify possible gaps in services, provide appropriate resources and assist in resolution
    • Document all activity with Service members in the tracking system for care coordination purposes
    • Performs other duties as requested

    • Proficiency in assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating as a Program Manager
    • Knowledge of the mission, organizational structure, operations, and interrelationships of the Wounded Warrior Regiment
    • At least five (5) years’ experience working with the federal government
    • PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
    • Must be able to pass a federal background check
    • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
