The Bowen Group has an outstanding opportunity for a Call Center Shift Supervisor to join our team. These are full-time positions in Stafford, VA and Camp Pendleton, CA.     What you'll be doing at The Bowen Group

    • Manage Call Center shift operations
    • Monitor he Customer Care Representatives work performance and production
    • Review all reports, case notes, and rosters submitted by the Customer Care Representatives
    • Review he Customer Care Representatives call volume reports to evaluate productivity
    • Prepare shift operational assessments, after action reports, and weekly statistical data reports for presentation
    • Ensure comprehensive case intake write-ups are submitted to Non-Medical Case Managers for action
    • Track case progress for cases within their respective shifts, and conduct handover to on-coming shift supervisor
    • Track training requirements to ensure they are complete and current
    • Ensure logistical, administrative, and technical needs are met during their respective shift
    • Performs other duties as requested

    What's a good fit

    • Minimum of four years work experience; Marine Corps experience or extensive experience working with Marines and their families
    • Experience supervising and leading groups of at least 20 people  
    • Marine Corps experience highly sought
    • Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with the military and veteran community programs a plus
    • PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
    • Must be able to pass a federal background check
    • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
